Top 5 Travel and Local Apps Performance in UAE, Q3 2025

In the third quarter of 2025, the top travel and local apps in the United Arab Emirates showed varied performance on the unified platform, as reported by Sensor Tower.

Flightradar24 Flight Tracker experienced a notable decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $8.3K and dipping to $3.6K by the end of September. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at around 5.3K at the start of the quarter before decreasing to 4.2K. Active users also saw a downward trend, beginning at 155.9K and ending at 59.6K.

Wallet Cards | Digital Wallet showed a consistent revenue increase early in the quarter, reaching $658 in mid-August, before a sharp decline to $299 by the end of September. Downloads and active users remained relatively stable, with downloads peaking at 470 and active users at 709 during early September.

The Couchsurfing Travel App had stable revenue, hovering around $400 throughout the quarter. Downloads were low, with a slight peak of 197 in late June, while active users remained steady, ending the quarter at 464.

Find my Phone - Family Locator saw a gradual increase in revenue, starting at $382 and climbing to $339. Downloads rose significantly, reaching a high of 695 by mid-September. Active users followed a similar upward trend, peaking at 612.

Lastly, Travelfriend had modest revenue, fluctuating between $51 and $104, with downloads and active user data not available for much of the quarter.
